Pitstop Dinner & Dance
Red carpets. Bright lights. Applause!
Get ready for the inaugurated Pitstop cafe Dinner and Dance 2007.
Seems like all the guests were dressed to impressed...
Evelyn the prom queen
Well, maybe not all.
"Tell me to dress up!?!?Im goin' to kill him later when we get home!"
The Pitstop crews have certainly grown in numbers and also became much closer as a big family.
There were new faces...
The bushwackers and...
The bush
our familiar veterans...
The herbivore
Our naval commander (the one in red hasn't even got his head shaved before)
And the alive and still kickin'...
Have we aged?
Prsenting to you (part) of the Pitstop Team!
Miss you guys who are not there with us!
What's this?!?!
From the picture, guess the word. Clue: A sport team
Leave a comment if you got the answer!
After the dinner, we proceed to the dance segment.
Pole dancing
Dance segment 1
Dance segment 2
The celebration was transformed into a magical and lavishing experience when the entire ballroom was filled with pyrotechnics, sound and lightings.
see how different the girls looked after that?
see what I meant?!
At the end of the party, everyone was high and tipsy.
It was pure decadent and raw...
"take my stick into your mouth!"
"Im going to take you from behind"
At the end of the day, Im sure everyone was really exhausted from the night's event.
But most importantly, they have understood a concept:
You can really turn anything into fun,
you need the right company,
to see things differently
Pitstop cafe, our team turns everything into fun

Featured on Suria
Pitstop cafe is a melting pot of culture.
Not only have we been featured on National papers, magazines and TV shows...
Today, we add another milestone to our Pitstop media profile:
Featured on the Suria Channel
Once again, it was really interesting to see the 'backstage' works of the media crew.
Just a few minutes on screen, and you need two big lights, big casing, 6 crews, huge video camera, long coils of wire and not to mention, multiple retakes and rehearsal.
Lights, Camera, Action!
Rolling, rolling!
I still remembered my friend telling me, "hey! I know the Suria host! very pretty!"
Gosh, was I excited!
I came well prepared and...
Well dressed.
But once again, I was always the brunt of all jokes.
No pretty host
Only cute guys and many retakes
and I had to do a 'whatever' sign some more.
Sensational Suria Segarians!
Once again Thanks to Fadila and her crew for making Pitstop cafe look so vibrant and exciting!
Pitstop cafe will be featured on Suria on Sunday, 9 Dec, 10am-12pm.
Pitstop cafe, another milestone

Pitstop Spring Collection
I am proud to present the hunks and babes for Pitstop Spring Collection. After months of procrastination, the Pitstop polo tee is finally out! The design is simple (due to the lack in artistic skills) and functional. Check it out....
On the back is our logo...
and the front look like this. You should see how the machine did all the stitches for the design, it is really fascinating. As it is a dry fit polo tee, it is pretty comfortable as well. Ain't too bad right?
It is great for all occasions too...
For all the fun moments...
the serious times...
and the showoff times. Specially designed sizes to show the chest and hide the tummy...
Can't see their beer tummy right?
It looks great on girls too....
Don't you wish your girlfriend was cute like me?
I think the tee looks great with those having the bowl hairstyle...
Look so much like sisters. Wonder if they use the same bowl for their haircut...
Hope everyone likes the new look of the Pitstop Team!
Pitstop Team, friendly folks in black

Joke of the day
Being an educator, I am pretty amazed by how different people process the same piece of information.
Here in Pitstop cafe, it is really amusing by some of the reactions folks respond to a game.
It was one incident that happened tonight that really made me totally cracked up...
'Walk the dog' is a game whereby players attempt to gain points by having dogs of the same breed in their own line of dogs. Before the game starts, the players are suppose to first, line up the dogs from 'head to tail'. This is how the story goes...
well, I said, "line the dogs from head to tail!"
The girls were so excited that they really started to diligently join the dogs up by ensuring the head of the dog touches the tail of the other
As most of the dogs were on their four, it was pretty much easy. Now comes the twist when they saw a dog who is sitting on its hind legs.
The girls asked,"how to touch the tail? this one's tail is too short!"
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I had a (rude) shock.
Pitstop cafe, one game, different perspectives

Wall of Smiles
The walls of Pitstop Cafe had gotten really crowded with photos of all the folks that had visited the cafe. We had lost track of the number of photos that are on the wall now. It must be over a few thousands photos. Thanks everyone for all your support!
To make more space for more photos, we decided to reorganize some of the photos and create our "Wall of Smiles" :)
The first step was to find a nice wall and clear the wall from the photos...
Almost forgotten about some of the nice drawings behind the photos
After clearing the wall, we started on the time consuming job of laying the tapes and relocating the photos.
Laying the tapes and organizing the photos. More tricky than i had imagined.
It was really a time consuming job and I never knew that there were so many photos!
Close up on the Wall of Smiles....
A bigger view of the wall
After half a day of work, we finally completed our first Wall of Smiles.
Can be use as a background for camera poses too!
It was really fun to create this Wall of Smiles. Although it pales in comparison with the recent "Smile because IMF is here" campaign, this wall of photos is still a unique sight. So do check it out on your next visit to the cafe.
Anyone like to make a guess on the number of photos on this part of the wall?
Pitstop Cafe, be part of the fun

Bottoms Up
When it comes to party games, interesting forfeits for the losers can sure spice things up.
Some forfeits are appears to be relatively simple, such as finishing a tub of water using a straw...
It started off with enthusastic cheer of "dry dry dry"...
A tub of water appears quite small in his hands...
but obviously the task is not a simple as it seems because after half an hour.....
he is still at it...
It would not hurt to have some support from the opposite sex....
Hey are you gals supporting me or just posing for photo taking?!!
This kinda of remind me of a recent song...
You're way too beautiful girl
That's why it will never work
You'll have me suicidal, suicidal
When i finish this tub of water...
Anyway we wait till the cows come home and he finally finish all the water...
Bottoms up!
I believe he definitely had a "fufilling" time at Pitstop Cafe. With that dosage of water, he defintely meet the daily requirment of 8 glasses of water.
Have you had a your 8 glasses of water today?
Come to Pitstop Cafe, its good for you!

Wendy's Birthday Celebration
Previously, through Rina's 21st Birthday, we showed how working closely together with Pitstop cafe can make your birthday a memorable one.
A week after Rina's 21st celebration, Pitstop cafe hosted yet another birthday celebration which is admittedly, unique in its own rights.
The mad hatter's cake
I've always wondered why Pitstop cafe ALWAYS attracts people who want their event to be something beyond the conventional. Well, Wendy's Birthday Celebration just reinforced this point...
The mad hatter's party
Add a little tinge of creativity and imagination, a ordinary birthday is transformed into a fantastical and magical environment. Wendy's birthday goes beyond the norm by basing her party around the theme of "Alice in Wonderland's" mad hatter's party.
During her birthday, all guests are transformed into jesters, chesire cats, witches and bunnies. If not, they are all spotted in vibrant splendors and colorful fashion, all fit for Wendy's mad party.
Damn... to think that my 21st birthday was based on a black and white dress code and no one gave a damn about my black and white
Wendy's ears
It was cool to see them all so spontaneous! It really makes the party so different from the norm.
I guess girls are usually the more spontaneous ones
the cat
The party progressed smoothly with the participants still in their costumes and all. The guests all seemed to enjoy the lively ambience as well as the multitude of games that keep them entertained for hours and hours.
This is definitely different from the usual routine of alcohol, hangovers, alcohol and more hangovers...
Our Birthday girl
And here you go, our very creative birthday girl Wendy, decided to have her cake cutting ceremony out at the balcony.
Boy, was I impressed by the cake.
The cake procession
They are cup cakes all in different colors and sizes (how about different cup size?), there was even a kinda basket to hold all the cup cakes. In addition, there were plants growing all over the cup cakes.
up til now, I'm still unsure if the cakes are really edible or is it like one of those fake wedding cakes.
Wendy in Wonderland
Cheers to Wendy for making Pitstop cafe such a wonderful place that night! We were truly impressed by the creativity and imagination that you guys came out with!
Pitstop cafe, we let you do almost anything here
